As a Sales Representative for a payment company, you will be responsible for generating new business and increasing revenue by selling Point of Sale (POS) systems, payment gateways, and prepaid cards. You will also be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services to potential customers and recruiting new agents to expand the company's sales network.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers to promote the company's products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and partners.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Recruit new agents to promote and sell the company's products and services.
Train and support agents to ensure they are knowledgeable and effective salespeople.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure the company's products remain competitive in the marketplace.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Proven track record of successful sales experience in the payments industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of POS systems, payment gateways, and prepaid cards is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
Experience in recruiting and managing agents is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
